The Smart-Traveler sez ... The "National Yellow Dot Program for First Responders" is
a simple method of helping occupants of a car crash survive the "Golden Hour". Deployment is now driven by
the National Yellow Dot Program Act (SA1731), introduced into the U.S. Senate this year by Senator Joe Manchin. Participants
place a reflective Yellow Sticker on the lower left side of the vehicle rear window and place a yellow envelope containing
medical infomation in the glove compartment. The Sticker alerts emergency response crews to check the glove compartment
