rThe "National Yellow Dot Program for First Responders" is a simple method of
helping occupants of a car crash survive the "Golden Hour". It is now being implemented by State & Local
First Responder Organizations. Participants place a Yellow Sticker on the lower left side of the vehicle rear window and place
a yellow envelope containing medical information in the glove compartment. The Sticker alerts emergency response crews to
check the glove compartment for important medical information. For
