Amber Alert Issued for 7 Month Old South Carolina Boy

Georgia and South Carolina canceled the Amber Alert on Monday morning after the suspect, the victim and the victim's mother were located in Madison, Georgia. Following a standoff with police the suspect surrendered peacefully and the victims were recovered safe.

The State of South Carolina issued the Amber Alert Sunday morning after the boy was abducted at gunpoint in West Columbia. The boy's mother, Eva Arce-Perez, 29 years old, was also abducted. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. 

Allim David Dietz is a 7 month old Hispanic male with brown eyes and weighs 20 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and brown pants.

The suspect is David Dietz, white male, 25 years old, 5'11", weighing 198 pounds with brownish-blond hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black uniform with "POLICE" written on both sleeves and the back of the shirt.
The suspect vehicle is a a 2003 silver Ford Explorer with the South Carolina license number 516 VTY. Police say the Explorer may have a missing side window.
